You know you worked hard when your body is covered in sweat. It may sound and feel disgusting, but let’s be honest. When you feel as proud and motivated as you do when your covered in sweat, you could probably care less.
This goes back to the working out in the morning thing. Honestly, I have to say that it depends on the person whether they prefer working out in the morning, the middle of the day, or at night – but working out in the morning is definitely going to make you feel confident the rest of the day. Well, unless you don’t have time to shower afterwards and you’re going to work…then that’s a different story.
It takes baby steps to succeed. Sure, sometimes you can really jump into things, but other than that, most of the time you are taking baby steps.
If you never tried, how will you change?
Do it for yourself. Do it for your health and because YOU want a change. Don’t do it because someone told you to. The first step to change is by you deciding you want a change.
Diet is 80% of weight loss. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you have to completely stop eating pasta, or whatever your favorite food is, but that doesn’t mean to not change your diet at all.
Which is worse, being physically uncomfortable, or mentally?
No need to rush things, either. Crash diets only make things worse.
“But I don’t like to exercise!” You’re probably thinking. But here’s the thing, if you do exercises you love, then it will be more of a stress reliever than working out. Plus, after a while you will get used to any type of exercise, and you’ll start loving it. Just remember, things get worse before they get better. Or, in other words, you’re going to hate it so much before you end up loving it.
How can you change if you don’t try?
